Each bean is carefully harvested by local farmers, naturally fermented, sun-dried, and then stone-ground. until obtaining a dense and smooth paste that preserves all the natural richness of the cocoa fruit.
The result is a velvety and deeply aromatic cocoa paste, with an intense, slightly bitter and wonderfully complex flavor, with fruity and nutty notes typical of Peruvian cocoa varieties.
